Making IT Work is pleased to offer online remote desktop assistance. A lot of calls can be fixed relatively quickly but due to our often busy diaries we may not be able to schedule a visit within a reasonable time frame. To overcome this we can offer a prelimary diagnostic online. It may be that we can rsolve your issues within a couple of half hour sessions (any longer and an onsite visit would be more practical. Sessions can be booked in half hour slots with charges of £25 plus VAT. Hour long sessions can be booked for the price of £40 plus VAT. 
Preference will always be given to existing clients. If you are a new client you must create an account with us first and the account must have a credit balance! |
